Premiere set for film on Rev. Harrison

BahlmanBerkshire Eagle Staff PITTSFIELD -- A documentary film of the life of a 19th-century Pittsfield clergyman and freed slave who distinguished himself as an advocate of civil rights will premiere in the city Saturday. Proceeds from the showing of "A Trumpet at the Walls of Jericho: The Untold Story of Rev. Samuel Harrison" at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at the Berkshire Museum will benefit a local society that aims to renovate and preserve the house on Third Street where Harrison lived.
